The Callow Dual Fuel Gas and Charcoal BBQ with premium cover and Rotisserie combines the best of both worlds. This is your chance to cook with charcoal and gas. And that makes it brilliant when you love to cook. The right hand side is a traditional charcoal barbecue, the left is a gas BBQ.

The Callow Dual Fuel BBQ Grill is an impressive, contemporary 2 in 1 charcoal and gas barbecue mounted on a large wheeled trolley.

The left-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled by two stainless steel gas burners, with a further side burner, providing a total 8.5kW. The burners can be controlled independently and all have Piezo ignition. Two cast iron cooking grids make up the cooking area, 48 x 42cm and there is a stainless steel warming rack, 45 x 12cm. A removable grease tray collects unwanted juices and fats, aiding cleaning.

The right-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled with charcoal and has a height adjustable galvanised steel charcoal tray, allowing you to control the heat. The height is adjusted with the winding handle on the control panel. There are also three air vents, two on the cover and one of the side of the charcoal tray, which can be used to improve air circulation and therefore burning of the fuel and temperature. A slide switch on the control panel opens and closes the vents accordingly. Again, two cast iron cooking grids make up the cooking area with a stainless steel warming rack, both with the same dimensions as the gas BBQ. A removable ash collector aids cleaning.

Both barbecues have lids with built-in thermometers so you can monitor the temperatures.

With the versatility to use gas, charcoal or both, you can also employ different cooking methods with this BBQ. Close the lid to trap the heat so it is distributed evenly and use convection to cook your food, open the lid to grill over the heat (direct cooking) or indirect cooking, where food is not placed directly over the heat and with the lid closed, food is cooked using radiant heat (ideal for larger cuts of meat).

The powder coated steel trolley has four wheels, two of which are locking casters. Double doors open to reveal a large shelf for storage and there are two side tables, one of which has the gas side burner under a lid. A handy bottle opener sits in the middle of the control panel. This BBQ is supplied with a battery operated rotisserie.

Whether you are an advocate of gas or charcoal, you will get the best of both worlds with this stunning barbecue. The large capacity means you can throw a party for family, friends and neighbours, and impress them with a variety of tasty treats.

This Dual Fuel BBQ can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane for cooking as it burns hotter.
