A clever stainless steel flame tamer reduces flare-ups to ensure a lovely, even distribution of heat across the generous 47 x 35cm cooking area.
The gas is fully adjustable using the control knob to set your grill temperature. Open the lid to grill fish and veg, steaks, sausages and more at a good, high temperature. Reduce the heat with ease, quickly. Shut the lid for a lower slow cook, perfect for thick chunks of meat and fish and small joints of meat.
