The internal grill area is made with fire bricks, whose thermal qualities give you an impressive and economical way to cook. Reaching very high temperatures, it makes short work of tasty meats, fish and veg. With a hard-working flue and chimney on top of the grill to take the cooking smoke away, it is a delight to use. A shelf underneath gives you storage for fuel or cooking utensils, and the two shelves at the sides give you more room for your bits and bobs. A chrome plated grill, 58cm x 38cm, provides a generous cooking area, adjustable to three levels, and there’s a fire tray included as well.
