It is made using super-strong brown refractory concrete with contrasting brick definition and a strong metal hood. The BBQ comes with its own stainless steel Argentinian style grill, a lateral brazier, a metal ash collection drawer for easy cleaning, and a heavy concrete base for a perfectly level installation. The grill is enormous, giving you an exciting 65 x 50cm cooking surface. It features clever v-shaped channels to allow fat to drain away from food, into a grease trough at the front. This means it’s a particularly healthy way to cook.

Because the grill is suspended on chains operated with a crank system it’s easy to move things up and down, bringing the food closer to the fire or further way. hat a neat way to control the temperature without any fuss or bother. The brazier burns either wood or charcoal, both of which create the hot members you need for perfect cooking. It is also very low maintenance, not needing any painting like some do. Two concrete shelves under the cooking area make excellent storage spaces and the chimney’s designed to maximise airflow, drawing smoke away from the grill.
