Perfect for entertaining BIG, this quality pan can also be used to cook treats like a big British breakfast, a fragrant curry, or anything else you’d cook in a flat pan indoors. The set contains a Burner, Polished steel 70cm Pan, Skimming Paella Spoon, and sturdy Legs. All you need is bottled gas. You’ll need to ‘season’ it first to remove the layer of oil added to stop rust in transit. Here’s how:
- Heat the pan on the burner
- Add water and a splash of white vinegar
- Bring it to a simmer
- Take it off the flame and rinse it with cold water
- Wash with clean water and a gentle soap detergent
- After every use, clean the pan with soapy water, dry it and rub on a coat of oil to stop it rusting
