The bigger of our two swivel hot plate models, this large 30cm cast iron swivel hotplate is perfect for extra large and Jumbo steel and cast iron chimineas with mouths wider than 30cm. It’s a quality item that you can use to replace the swivel-out grill that comes with some chimeneas, used as a hotplate or even as a handy frying-pan, fitting neatly on the swivel attachment of your chiminea.
The cast iron heats fast and stays that way. The hotplate is very tough and hard-wearing, ideal for cooking outdoors. Please wash it before its first use, then treat it with respect just like any other piece of kitchen equipment. Rub it with a bit of oil after washing it to keep rust at bay. And take care – always let it cool off fully before picking it up.
We also sell a smaller 26cm diameter version, equally good quality and ideal for smaller chimeneas.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
