Finished in a natural pale orange terra cotta colour, the particularly large mouth gives you lovely views of the flames. If you’ve ever found yourself being hypnotised by a flickering fire, you’ll love the effect. The traditional Mexican shape is tailor-made for heat and the clean, hot flame leaves barely any ash behind. It’s made from a special material, too. The revolutionary Advanced Fire Clay called AFC, created over 8 years by Gardeco, means there’s no need to cure it before use, unlike most clay chimineas, or line it with an insulator like pumice to prevent cracking. Most items are delivered within 3–5 working days. Larger furniture sets may take 7–10 working days or longer in the height of season.

We deliver across the UK mainland. For Highlands, Islands, and international delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Are your garden furniture sets weatherproof?

Many of our products are designed to be weather-resistant, but we recommend using covers or storing items indoors during extreme weather to extend their lifespan.

What materials do you use in your furniture?

Do your fire based products come with safety instructions?

Yes, all fire products include clear instructions for safe use, placement, and maintenance.

Assembly & Care

Will I need to assemble my furniture?

Some items come flat-packed and require minimal assembly. Instructions and necessary tools are included.

How should I care for my garden furniture?

Regular cleaning with mild soap and water is usually sufficient. For specific materials (e.g. wood or metal), we recommend seasonal treatments or protective covers.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
