The extra large mouth gives you lovely views of the fire as well as delivering an unusually clean, hot flame. And it only leaves a small amount of fine ash behind, really efficient. It’s made using clever clay that resists thermal cracking, having taken eight years and a lot of hard work to develop. This means it has a handy 5 year guarantee against thermal cracking, which can happen when there are fast changes in temperature.
You don’t need to season this one, like you do an ordinary clay chim, nor use a layer of insulating material to protect the clay. This breakthrough fireproof clay means you can fire a clay chimenea in the same way as you would a cast iron one, creating large fires with more peace of mind.
