Celebrate your fun loving lab – or signal your love of dogs in general – with this fantastic Espira Labrador Cottage Copper Weathervane. This high quality Weathervane features a copper Labrador standing on a brass directional arrow with copper fletching, perfect for mounting on smaller buildings, garages, gazebos or even a fence post, a delightful item of home decor. Our Labrador Weathervane comes complete with cast brass cardinal points, copper separation balls, a black powder coated steel mounting rod and its own handy angled eave bracket. The NSEW letters are polished brass with a powder-coated black steel rotation rod. Both the copper and brass will gradually lose the bright shine to give you a lush patina. Eventually the copper will turn to verdigris, the classic green colour everyone loves. If you prefer, slow the process using several coats of clear spray varnish. You can use Hammerite to extend the life of the steel rotation rod.
