This is the LIFE Aya Lounge Set Lounge, one member of the lovely Aya Range. The All-Weather cushions, the wide armrests and generous deep seats make it a joy to relax in. Arrange the furniture any way you like to suit your space.

The seating is complemented by a smart Rectangular Adjustable Table, finished with our signature practical and hardwearing Spraystone Top. It’s made by pouring a mixture of crushed real stone and resin over a toughened glass slab – and the effect is amazing. The half round, 100% hand woven weave comes in multiple greys for a natural look and the solid Aluminium Frame will never rust. A UV Protected weave, it’s resilient to cracking, rot and mildew with a soft, flexible feel.

Are your garden furniture sets weatherproof?

Many of our products are designed to be weather-resistant, but we recommend using covers or storing items indoors during extreme weather to extend their lifespan.

Do your fire based products come with safety instructions?

Yes, all fire products include clear instructions for safe use, placement, and maintenance.

Assembly & Care

Will I need to assemble my furniture?

Some items come flat-packed and require minimal assembly. Instructions and necessary tools are included.

How should I care for my garden furniture?

Regular cleaning with mild soap and water is usually sufficient. For specific materials (e.g. wood or metal), we recommend seasonal treatments or protective covers.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
