Large synthetic 10 mm gauge, double-skinned, faux rattan weave sits at the heart of the magic, looking so real you’d imagine it was natural rattan vine. But it’s a lot tougher than that, built to last. Handcrafted in Vietnam by clever people, the set’s two seater sofa, two armchairs and versatile footstool keep things funky. The footstool also acts as a coffee table thanks to a smooth, sturdy metal plate that gives you the perfect surface for snacks and drinks.

Many of our products are designed to be weather-resistant, but we recommend using covers or storing items indoors during extreme weather to extend their lifespan.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
