The Promex Grey Bistro Patio Table and Chairs Set is a three piece patio set offering two armchairs and a neat pedestal table, all crafted with care to a chunky design that looks wonderful whatever the setting. Perfect for smaller spaces like a balcony, terrace, courtyard garden or conservatory, it’s made from 1.8cm thick weatherproofed FSC-certified softwood with a contemporary grey finish. The end result is both durable and sturdy. The table, at a height of 75cm, provides enough room for your bits and bobs, altogether an excellent way to chill out in the fresh air. Many of our products are designed to be weather-resistant, but we recommend using covers or storing items indoors during extreme weather to extend their lifespan.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
