The Pacific Lifestyle Glow Challenger T2 3m Square Anthracite Parasol rotates a full 360 degrees as well as tilting forwards, backwards and sideways to give you gorgeous shade wherever it’s needed. The double tilt mechanism is a tough customer, made from a rugged stainless steel interior inside a light but strong aluminium housing. You can turn the umbrella towards the sun without moving the base, which keeps life nice and easy, thanks to the cast aluminium crank. And the great quality material is Class 3 colourfast with a colour fastness level of 80- 160 days. Add a protective cover and the colour will remain beautiful for a lot longer. Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
