The Pacific Lifestyle Riva 2.5m Round Olive Parasol is available in three sizes – 2.5m, 3m and 3.5m – and in four deliciously on-trend colours: dark Anthracite grey, pale Luna Grey, classic Taupe and Olive green. It comes with an easy-rotate crank and strong tension springs for a lovely, smooth operation that keeps the umbrella element of the parasol perfectly taut for good looks and high performance. Here’s how to create cool shade wherever you like, whether it’s the garden, patio or balcony. The difference in the sizes? It’s simple. The biggest one, the 3.5m version, has a thicker pole and no tilt mechanism to make it even more wind resistant.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Under UK law you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied unless you pay for returning the item. This will vary depending on the item and the initial cost of delivery, so could range between £10 – £100. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition in full packaging, unopened.
