Incredibly stylish as well as practical, this is one of the best-performing steel ovens we’ve found. It hits a mighty 350ËšC within a few minutes and is ready to cook pizzas within 15 minutes. That’s what we call hot!
The standard of manufacturing is very high, as good as many commercial alternatives. The materials are exceptional, too. The fire brick floor inside makes it easy to make perfect pizza and it’s great for making pasta dishes and breads as well. The fire brick floor sucks in the moisture from the pizza base or bread to deliver a uniquely crispy pizza base, which you only get with this particular type of pizza oven. The open fronted base on wheels comes with two fold away shelves and it isn’t heavy compared to some. Weighing just 130kg, it is easy to move around.
The door and built in temperature gauge, the cowled chimney and flue extension in stainless steel, the whole thing shouts quality. Being wood-fired it’s also really easy and fun to use.
