This is the Big Daddy of the Keansburg collection. It has four 3.2kW burners, two 4.2kW Powerzone burners for high temperature searing, plus infrared back and side burners. They all have easy push and turn electronic ignition, and are constantly adjustable. The mighty 84 x 43cm cooking surface is supported by a chrome plated warming rack, perfect for keeping cooked food warm while you BBQ more tasty treats. And all the gas burners, including the Powerzone ones, come with safety-conscious flame tamers to reduce flareups and distribute the heat evenly. Your cooking height is a practical 90cm.

There’s more. An infrared side burner has a grill grid of its own plus a lid and an independent control. The rear infrared burner is ideal for a rotisserie, which you’d buy separately. And this is the magic bit… the cast iron cooking grid pops out easily. You can replace it with a feast of exciting Grid-in-Grid accessories: a cast iron pan, pizza stone, wok, pastry inlay, and a Dutch Oven and poultry roaster, also available separately.

A removable grease tray collects juices and fats for easy disposal and fast cleaning. The powder coated steel framework, stainless steel hood, trim and two push doors to the cupboard are tough and strong. There’s a cupboard with a shelf for storage on one side, and on the other a bracket where your 5kg, 8kg or 11kg gas bottle goes. A side shelf provides preparation space and there’s even an integral bottle opener. Mounted on four swivel castors, two of which are lockable, you can move it around easily and stays put when you lock the casters. Last but not least the lid’s viewing window lets you check the food without losing any heat. And the built-in thermometer makes it easy to check the temperature in the cooking chamber.
